If you have not already done so, please contact either Donna, Registrar (registrar@cdmha.ca) or Jennifer, Treasurer (treasurer@cdmha.ca) to make payment arrangements.

• Any player with an outstanding balance for the 2020–2021 hockey season and has not respected or communicated with CDMHA regarding a payment plan as of March 1st will be not permitted to participate in any CDMHA activities including games and practices.
• Any player with an outstanding balance at the end of the 2020-2021 hockey season will not be permitted to participate in minor hockey events until their fees are paid AND fees for the 2021-2022 hockey season are paid in full.
• Any player with an outstanding balance with CDMHA at the end of the 2020-2021 hockey season will not be granted releases or permission to participate in try outs with other hockey associations until their fees are paid AND fees for the 2021-2022 season paid in full.
