Jerseys / Name Bars

All CDMHA players may have their name bar added to the back of their hockey jerseys.   If you wish to add your name bar, a $150.00 postdated cheque will need to written out to the Clare-Digby Minor Hockey Association.  Please hand your cheque to your Team Manager.  This cheque will ONLY be cashed if you damage the jersey when adding or removing the name bar. 

Please do not use a sewing machine and do not use iron on name bars.  Please stitch lightly (baste).   Your cheque will be returned to you at the end of the season if the jersey is undamaged from adding and/or removing the name bar(s). 

Name bars can be ordered through the canteens.  They are $10.00 each.
Normal wear and tear will happen and expected.  These cheques are only to cover the cost of damaging the jersey(s) when adding and/or removing the name bar(s).  If you do not want a name bar on your jersey no postdated cheque is required.
 
Important
All CDMHA jerseys will be returned after each game to a member of the coaching staff or a parent volunteer.  These jerseys will be handed out at each game.  One set of hockey jerseys can cost upwards of $5,000.00.  We need to get the maximum life out of each set of jerseys so that our costs can be allocated in other important areas.
