I am pleased to share with you that KidSport Nova Scotia has increased their grant amounts! Parents can apply for up to $500/year/child to help offset the cost of sport registration and/or equipment.

KidSport Nova Scotia uses a Notice of Assessment, an endorsement from the Department of Community Services or an endorsement from Indigenous Social Development to determine financial eligibility for grants.  If applying with a Notice of Assessment (one for each parent/guardian in the household) please ensure your total income (Line 15000) does not exceed the cut offs listed below for your family size*:

2 person family - $33,141
3 person family - $40,743
4 person family - $49,467
5 person family - $56,105
6 person family - $63,276
7 person family or more - $70,449

I have attached the KidSport application for  Annapolis/Digby Chapter, or families can apply  for funding at www.kidsportcanada.ca/novascotia
