PLAYER RELEASES

In order to tryout or play for another association you MUST be registered and released from your current association. This is partly due to insurance coverage while on the ice for tryouts. 

Send an e-mail to registrar@cdmha.ca and indicate the player's, name, division and the team the player is trying out for.

Do not send any funds until their team has been determined. 

You will receive an email back to confirm your release which is required by other associations.
